The North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc/Smart Start is recruiting a Communications Director who can provide strong leadership and expertise in communications (and fund development as a bonus) to support their Strategic Roadmap priorities to take bold actions to increase NCPC and the Smart Start network’s visibility and influence.
