NC Early Childhood Foundation’s Strategic Plan

We are so pleased to share NCECF’s Strategic Plan for 2024-26. Our vision is that each North Carolina child has a strong foundation for life-long health, education, and well-being, supported by a comprehensive and equitable care and education system, from prenatal through third grade. NCECF is so fortunate to have a broad array of partnerships to achieve our ambitious program goals.
