The North Carolina Early Childhood Foundation (NCECF) is pleased to welcome Tosh Acosta as the newest member of its Family Forward NC® (FFNC) team. As Statewide Strategist, Tosh will lead outreach efforts to expand strategic partnerships and grow participation in the Family Forward NC® Employer Certification program, helping more North Carolina employers adopt family-friendly workplace practices.
Tosh brings more than 15 years of experience supporting North Carolina’s small businesses and entrepreneurs. Her career spans financial services, higher education, business counseling, and community development financial institutions, with leadership roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration, the NC Rural Center, and the NC Small Business and Technology Development Center.
Throughout her career, Tosh has cultivated collaborative partnerships, connected businesses with critical resources, coached entrepreneurs, and led statewide outreach initiatives that strengthen North Carolina’s business community. Her experience building relationships and supporting employers will help advance Family Forward NC®’s mission of creating workplaces where employees and businesses can thrive together.
