The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to acquire the services of a qualified contractor to engage NCECF’s Board of Directors, staff, and, as appropriate, key partners, in a strategic plan refresh (current plan expires in January 2020) and strategic communications plan.
This research was conducted by Artemis Strategy Group, a consumer research company
specializing in motivation research, in conjunction with Neimand Collaborative, a social
impact marketing firm. Both have extensive experience in the areas of health, early education,
personal finances, social mobility and economic well-being.
