Action Greensboro and Family Forward NC are partnering to increase the number of greater Greensboro employers who provide family-friendly workplace benefits and become Family Forward NC Certified Employers. We can help you become certified as a family-friendly workplace. This interactive training will focus on why hiring for culture matters and why having a candidate that fits your company’s values is more important than finding one with that elusive ‘perfect’ resume. Join us for this interactive and informative shared learning experience with Shawn Straub, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and President and Founder of Greensboro-based ALT HR Partners. This training will include time for participants to create behavioral interview questions based on their company’s culture to use at their next interview.

Please join us for a capacity building workshop to advance your knowledge of practices that increase the likelihood that children’s behavior will be met with support and care, rather than exclusion.
