If you answered yes to these questions, you might be NC Early Childhood Foundation’s new Data and Policy Associate! This person will support the data and policy efforts of the Pathways to Grade-Level Reading Initiative and related work focused on improving early literacy and child well-being in the state in collaboration with families, partners, and other key stakeholders.

- This is a remote, part-time position (0.75 FTE, or 30 hours/week) with benefits. It is grant-funded for two years, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
- Compensation: $30.00 an hour.
