Our partners at the BUILD Initiative are accepting applications for the Equity Leaders Action Network (ELAN) Fellowship – twenty-five leaders working in state, county, tribal or territorial programs, initiatives, or structures within the early childhood system will be selected. The two-year fellowship is designed to gather a community of leaders who work together to support, critique, and strengthen their shared commitment to building early childhood systems in which race and place no longer determine child outcomes and family well-being.
Applications are due on February 19, 2021, and a link to the full description and application form can be found here. See the faculty and fellows from the first cohort of ELAN fellows listed here.
