Guilford County Partnership for Children (GCPC), a partner in the Smart Start Network, is seeking a collaborative leader with a passion for early childhood development, equity, and community engagement to serve as the new Executive Director. GCPC is working towards the vision where every child in Guilford County enters school safe, healthy and ready to succeed.
The ideal candidate:
- demonstrates leadership capabilities to leverage the unique strengths of the staff, board of directors, community members, and volunteers;
- collaborates and builds relationships with early childhood thought partners, stakeholders, and community partnerships to provide high quality early childhood development for children in Guilford County;
- displays experience in nonprofit/state financial management, and has proven experience in fundraising and grant writing.
