Child Care Services Association is hiring a Chief Strategy Officer. The position would be responsible for day-to-day operations in concert with the President, including providing leadership, working with the President on new initiatives and promoting cross department collaboration to instill a cohesive leadership culture throughout the organization. Through research, services and advocacy, Child Care Services Association (CCSA) realizes improvements to the child care system throughout North Carolina and across the country. NC Child is hiring an Early Childhood Health Policy Specialist. S/he will be responsible for coordinating the NC Initiative for Young Children’s Social Emotional Readiness in collaboration with NC Child’s state partners. S/he will work with partners to advocate for the funding and policy changes needed to achieve a new, collaborative system of early childhood mental health for the state. The NC Partnership for Children is hiring a Resilient Community Systems Officer. S/he will build local partnership capacities to improve outcomes for families with young children. Through a relationship-based practice, s/he will discover and document trauma- , ACES- , and resilience-related activity across the Smart Start Network and work closely with the Early Childhood Systems Director to leverage network expertise and infrastructure to advance collective impact strategies within local partnerships.
