The North Carolina Early Education Coalition is now accepting applications for 2019 Think Babies™ NC Community Partners Mini-Grants. Communities are invited to apply for mini-grants to support local activities to increase public awareness, policymaker support, advocacy, and action on behalf of infants, toddlers, and their families.
