The Birth through Third Grade (B-3) Interagency Council submitted its first report to the General Assembly as required under legislation. The report provides an overview of the Council’s first two meetings, which occurred in January and April of 2018.
The Council’s co-chairs – Dr. Pamela Shue, Associate Superintendent for Early Education, NC Department of Public Instruction, and Susan Perry-Manning, Deputy Secretary for Human Services, NC Department of Health and Human Services – announced the creation of a new website.
