All North Carolina child care rules will be reviewed as required by legislation passed last session, The Periodic Review and Expiration of Rules.
The Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE), along with the NC Child Care Commission will review all child care rules, and the NC Social Services Commission is responsible for reviewing all of the child care subsidy rules.
