These were some of the questions addressed by nationally recognized experts Ken Dodge and Lynne Vernon-Feagans on a webinar hosted by the North Carolina Early Childhood Foundation on Monday. Ken is the William McDougall Professor of Public Policy and Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University, and founder of the Center for Child and Family Policy. Lynne is the William C. Friday Distinguished Professor of Applied Developmental Science and Special Education and Professor of Psychology
